Herbert sighed, flipping through channels. "I wish I had a trillion dollars," he mumbled.

Margot, folding laundry nearby, chuckled. "What would you do with a trillion dollars, Herbert? Buy the entire donut supply for Oakhaven?"

"No!" Herbert protested. "I'd fix our healthcare! And buy a lifetime supply of donuts. Two separate issues."

Brian burst through the door, skateboarding in hand. "I accidentally broke Mrs. Gable's gnome! It was an accident, I swear!"

Margot sighed. "Brian! Again? Go apologize. Herbert, maybe with a trillion dollars, you could buy Mrs. Gable a whole new garden."

Herbert frowned. "And fund my donut empire?" He paused. "Wait, a trillion is a lot... I could do both. Maybe I should invent something."

"Like a donut that fixes healthcare?" Laura asked, walking in with her saxophone case. She shook her head. "Some kids at school called me a punk because I was collecting signatures for a petition to clean up the park."

Margot hugged Laura. "Don't listen to them, sweetie. You're doing good work."

Herbert scratched his chin. "A healthcare donut... nah. But maybe a self-cleaning house! I'd need a special badge to show off my inventing genius."

Brian piped up. "Can I get a badge too? For...apologizing really well?"

Margot shook her head, smiling. "This family..."
