Brian slumped onto the sofa. "Ugh, this history revision is killing me!"

Herbert, flipping through channels, glanced over. "History? What's so hard? It already happened!"

Brian rolled his eyes. "Dad, it's not the 'happening' part, it's remembering all the dates and names."

Herbert chuckled. "Here, let me help. Imagine they're all wearing funny hats. Easier to remember."

Brian stared blankly. "Funny hats? Like what?"

Herbert pointed to a globe on the bookshelf. "Okay, picture this: Genghis Khan wearing that globe as a helmet! See? Easier!"

Brian sighed. "Dad, that's ridiculous."

"Look, I'm just trying to help," Herbert said, holding his hands up openly. "Besides, I had a brilliant idea today at Oakhaven Industries!"

"Oh no," Brian muttered. "Here we go..."

"They're thinking about a new office layout. I told them my suggestion placement would increase productivity!"

Brian raised an eyebrow. "Your suggestion? What was it?"

"To put a donut vending machine in every department!" Herbert grinned, pleased with himself.

Brian facepalmed. "You're hopeless."

Laura walked into the room, carrying a saxophone case. "What's all the commotion? Is Dad at it again?"

"Yep," Brian replied. "He wants Genghis Khan to wear a globe as a helmet for history revision."

Laura shook her head, smiling. "At least he's trying. Unlike my lazy sibling who makes excuses for his schoolwork!"

Brian chuckled. "Touché."
