Margot was tending to her rose bushes in the garden. She wanted to arrange a lovely bouquet for the dining table.
Herbert walked outside, scratching his head. "Margot, did you see my newspaper? I can't find it anywhere."
Margot sighed. "Herbert, you left it on the roof again. Probably blown there by the wind."

Herbert squinted at the roof. "Well, that's just great. I was about to read about that new lottery. I was going to invest and buy that exotic island, remember?"

Margot chuckled. "Right. And I'm going to learn to fly."

Later, Brian rushed in, covered in dirt. "Mom, there's this weird bug in the backyard! It's huge and green!"

Margot, without looking up, said, "Probably just a grasshopper, Brian. You're immune to being surprised by nature at this point, aren't you?"

Brian insisted, "No, Mom, seriously! It�?Ts like�?� from another planet!"

Herbert, hearing the commotion, wandered over. "A bug, you say? Is it eating the rose bushes? I need to spray them accurately."

Margot rolled her eyes. "Herbert, just find the newspaper. And Brian, wash your hands before you track mud everywhere."
