Herbert was in the living room, trying to aim the remote control at the TV.
"Margot, I think it's broken. The TV won't turn on!"

Margot walked in. "Did you check the batteries, Herbert?"

Herbert looked confused. "Batteries? Is that part of the theory of how TVs work?"

Margot sighed. "It's simple. No power, no TV."

Brian walked in, carrying his skateboard. "Dad, you look stressed. Did you have a big loss at work?"

Herbert shook his head. "No, just battling with this TV. It's a bigger loss than any work problem!"

Margot picked up a board game. "Let's play something. A game is a better relation than TV."

Herbert grumbled, "I don't understand the aim of board games. They're too complicated. And there is always a loss in the end."

"Okay, okay," Margot said. "Let�?Ts try to think positive."

Brian smirked. "Maybe Molly can fix the TV. She's good at pushing buttons."

Molly, playing nearby with Captain Hoppy, looked up and gurgled.
