Herbert sat inside The Dog & Duck, reading his newspaper.[tooltip]Herbert era seduto dentro The Dog & Duck, leggendo il suo giornale.[/tooltip]
Margot walked in. "Herbert! What are you doing here?" she asked.[tooltip]Margot entrò. "Herbert! Cosa stai facendo qui?" chiese.[/tooltip]
Herbert lowered his paper, a sheepish smile on his face. "Just? uh? checking the local news?"[tooltip]Herbert abbassò il giornale, con un sorriso timido sulla faccia. "Solo... uh... controllo le notizie locali?"[/tooltip]
Margot raised an eyebrow. "At The Dog & Duck?"[tooltip]Margot alzò un sopracciglio. "Al The Dog & Duck?"[/tooltip]
Herbert chuckled, avoiding eye contact. "Well, the local news shall be informed by the local opinions!"[tooltip]Herbert ridacchiò, evitando il contatto visivo. "Beh, le notizie locali saranno informate dalle opinioni locali!"[/tooltip]
Brian burst through the door, out of breath. "Dad! You won't believe it! Oakhaven Park, that whole region, is covered in? ducks!"[tooltip]Brian irruppe dalla porta, senza fiato. "Papà! Non ci crederai! Oakhaven Park, l'intera regione, è coperta di... anatre!"[/tooltip]
Herbert looked confused. "Ducks?"[tooltip]Herbert sembrava confuso. "Anatre?"[/tooltip]
Brian nodded frantically. "Hundreds! Maybe thousands! The population of ducks has exploded!" He paused. "Can we keep one?"[tooltip]Brian annuì freneticamente. "Centinaia! Forse migliaia! La popolazione di anatre è esplosa!" Si fermò. "Possiamo tenerne una?"[/tooltip]
Margot sighed. "Herbert, I thought you were going to fix the leaky faucet."[tooltip]Margot sospirò. "Herbert, pensavo che avresti riparato il rubinetto che perde."[/tooltip]
Herbert stood up quickly. "Right! Faucet! Ducks? news? yes, a leaky faucet is much more important!" He rushed out, Brian following close behind, still talking about keeping a duck. Margot shook her head and smiled.[tooltip]Herbert si alzò rapidamente. "Giusto! Rubinetto! Anatre... notizie... sì, un rubinetto che perde è molto più importante!" Si precipitò fuori, con Brian che lo seguiva da vicino, ancora parlando di tenere un'anatra. Margot scosse la testa e sorrise.[/tooltip]
