Herbert sat on the sofa. He looked south, out of the window.

Margot walked in. "Herbert, why are you looking south?"

Herbert sighed. "I want to see the band play in the park."

"But it's raining," said Margot. "And the park is far. Why don't you read at the library?"

"The library is boring! And I don't want to walk in the rain."

Brian ran in. "Can I ride my horse, Dad?"

Herbert looked confused. "Your horse? You don't have a horse!"

"Yes, I do! My toy horse! I can ride it to the park!"

Margot smiled. "Brian, that's silly. But maybe we can get a taxi?"

Herbert's eyes lit up. "A taxi! Yes! A taxi to see the band!"

They all went outside to find a taxi. Even Brian with his toy horse.
