Herbert sat on the sofa. He looked south, out of the window.[tooltip]Herbert si sedette sul divano. Guardò a sud, fuori dalla finestra.[/tooltip]
Margot walked in. "Herbert, why are you looking south?"[tooltip]Margot entrò. "Herbert, perché stai guardando a sud?"[/tooltip]
Herbert sighed. "I want to see the band play in the park."[tooltip]Herbert sospirò. "Voglio vedere la banda suonare nel parco."[/tooltip]
"But it's raining," said Margot. "And the park is far. Why don't you read at the library?"[tooltip]"Ma sta piovendo," disse Margot. "E il parco è lontano. Perché non leggi alla biblioteca?"[/tooltip]
"The library is boring! And I don't want to walk in the rain."[tooltip]"La biblioteca è noiosa! E non voglio camminare sotto la pioggia."[/tooltip]
Brian ran in. "Can I ride my horse, Dad?"[tooltip]Brian corse dentro. "Posso cavalcare il mio cavallo, papà?"[/tooltip]
Herbert looked confused. "Your horse? You don't have a horse!"[tooltip]Herbert sembrava confuso. "Il tuo cavallo? Non hai un cavallo!"[/tooltip]
"Yes, I do! My toy horse! I can ride it to the park!"[tooltip]"Sì, ce l'ho! Il mio cavallo giocattolo! Posso cavalcarlo fino al parco!"[/tooltip]
Margot smiled. "Brian, that's silly. But maybe we can get a taxi?"[tooltip]Margot sorrise. "Brian, è sciocco. Ma forse possiamo prendere un taxi?"[/tooltip]
Herbert's eyes lit up. "A taxi! Yes! A taxi to see the band!"[tooltip]Gli occhi di Herbert si illuminarono. "Un taxi! Sì! Un taxi per vedere la banda!"[/tooltip]
They all went outside to find a taxi. Even Brian with his toy horse.[tooltip]Uscirono tutti a cercare un taxi. Anche Brian con il suo cavallo giocattolo.[/tooltip]
